General Info:
A Good Life Representative will contact you once this form is submitted to go over our minimum spend requirements to reserve any of our spaces and answer any additional questions you have.
Payment Terms & Rate Schedule
To reserve your private event, the following payment terms and schedule apply:
Reservation Fee Non-Refundable
The Events coordinator will discuss this fee with you when contact is made. The fee is variable based on Head Count, space allocation, and days of the week. The Reservation Fee is non-refundable, and does not apply to the final bill under any circumstances, as it covers advance planning, scheduling, and allocation of staff and space, even if the event does not proceed.
Payment –
The full amount due, including all food, beverage, gratuity, upgrades, and any applicable fees, is due on the day of the event. To the event coordinator discretion, a deposit may be required before event, and would be applied to the final bill.
Cancellation Policy
If no deposit has been requested by the events coordinator, then we kindly ask that you give as much advance notice as possible so we can reallocate space and staff. The reservation fee is non-refundable. Speak to the events coordinator about the refund of deposits should they apply one.
